This is the probably the most honest article I am going to write, I think the photo of me having a rubbish day should prove that on its own, but I am willing to put it out there if it helps others who may be struggling.
As a practicing dance movement psychotherapist, I am all too aware how quickly we can suppress our thoughts and feelings, burying them deeper into our own bodies; creating a society cognitively overwhelmed and physically burdened.
To honour ourselves fully we must recognise that we actually have the answers to our own questions within us. We simply need to take the time to sit with the questions or issues and give ourselves the space to find within us what we need to know.
