Our first non-residential retreat of the year, with the theme of Spring, new growth, new possibilities and beginnings. We offer a space to play, open up your inner creative self and reflect on how this will translate into your ongoing self-care and client work. The weekend will be a mixture of creative exercises, group and individual work, with space to share and reflect on the practice. No previous creative experience needed.

Facilitated by experienced Art Psychotherapists Bethan & Sharon, we welcome counsellors and therapists of all modalities into this safe and nurturing space.

work with different media and materials, offering a variety of opportunities for expression. reflect on your creative practice through individual exploration and group discussion. consider how these 'new beginnings' and creative explorations can support your client work and integrate into your everyday practice.
