Our one-day workshop, led by Diane Hassall and Keeley, Mardon explores the vast, diverse range relationship styles – from solo-ness, through monogamy to non-monogamy and polyamory.

You will consider why people might choose an alternative to the traditional ‘one-on-one’ intimate and sexual relationship.

We will invite you to identify and challenge your own beliefs and biases around relationships. And show you how to work with non-monogamous and polyamorous relationships in therapy.
