Working creatively opens up a new channel within you, and your clients, and provides a new vocabulary with which to explore what’s going on.

Join us [Chrysalis Awakening] in our short on-line workshops to explore a variety of emotions, all of which are hugely relevant to today’s situation, and experience the use of a creative technique that you can use virtually and face to face with your clients.

It's important for you to know that you will be experiencing the creative techniques first-hand (these sessions are not webinars) and working on yourself and your relationship with these topics. That way, you'll feel the power of these creative techniques personally and know how they open up new thoughts, perspectives and approaches that you can then take into your practice.

We ask that you fully engage in order to get the most out of our time together, as well as doing your part to support other people who are joining us on the day. In order to do this, you will need both video and audio whilst on the Zoom session.

About Christina and Lindsey

With over 45 years’ experience between them in counselling and coaching Christina and Lindsey share their knowledge and approaches in these short workshops. Coming from completely different backgrounds, Christina from a lifetime in the coaching world and Lindsey from corporate life, their different personalities shine though to make this workshop a comfortable and collaborative session that focuses on experiential learning. Their belief is that everyone will leave knowing something new about themselves and have added something of value to their professional development.
