Mindfulness and creativity are combined in this unique workshop. Taking inspiration from the senses, the body and the natural world we will learn to free our inner voice and enter the world of creative play. The workshop includes fun, collaborative exercises as well as more reflective individual ones. Any sharing of work is voluntary and non-judgmental, there is no marking of work.
Writing mindfully, we can go wherever our heart takes us, enjoying the journey as much as the end result. We can explore, experiment and gently stretch ourselves.

This workshop is facilitated by Tom George, a writer and workshop leader with a special interest in wellbeing and mental health.
It is suitable for anyone with an interest in creativity and wellbeing.
£20 standard £15 concession (OAP/DSS/student etc.)
