The course will cover the emotional and material preparation and support needed to set up in private practice. We will look at marketing, fees, insurance, peer support, supervision, location of private practice, timetabling of sessions, self-care, assessment, contracts, boundaries between work and not-work and how to enjoy the challenge.
By the end of this course you should be able to assess more accurately whether I want to set up in private practice and take the next steps to setting up in private practice.
