About The Event
London can be lonely sometimes. We would like to make our local community stronger and create a group of like-minded individuals who meet up on a regular basis to discuss themes, give each other advice, learn new skills and more importantly have a giggle. Each meet-up will be based on a different theme and we will have guest speakers/experts who will help to impart knowledge of their chosen field. The events will be held on monthly at the Good Hope Cafe in Ladywell.
The challenge for many of us is how we get our voice heard and build relationships that have a positive impact.
Sarah Smith has over 20 years’ experience helping leaders get their messages and expertise heard so that they get the best from people. Finding the right way to speak and having relationships that flourish is critical for our personal and career success as well as delivering results in business. When it works well it is immensely satisfying. At its worst, it is both frustrating and stressful. Making sure that we get it right is a great skill to have and one that is worth developing if we are to support the girls we mentor well.
In this interactive and practical session, you will get:
- A clear picture of the 4 styles of influencing, when to use what and with whom
